Red Ribbon week is here.

Wells Branch Elementary will be celebrating Red Ribbon week Oct. 23 — 27. In coordination with the National Family Partnership, Red Ribbon week serves as a catalyst to mobilize communities to educate youth and encourage participation in drug prevention activities. Event throughout the week are:

  • Monday, Oct. 23: Wear Red “Stop and make good choices.”
  • Tuesday, Oct 24: Western Wear “Give drugs the boot.”
  • Wednesday, Oct 25: Wear Orange “Together we unify against bullying and drugs.” This day is also “Unity” day.
  • Thursday, Oct 26: Wear crazy clothes, socks, ect..Crazy Day “Drugs make you crazy.”
  • Friday, Oct 27: Team wear-wear team uniforms “Team up and make healthy choices.”
