May Volunteer Opportunities

We have some upcoming volunteer opportunities where we need your help. 🙂

The librarians will be running the book fair next week and need folks to watch doors, help folks select books and keep the book fair running smoothly.
- Monday (5/16) through Friday (5/20) – 7:20AM-3:05PM
- Tuesday (5/17) – there is an additional need for someone to help during family night (3:00PM-6:45PM)
The coaches are getting geared up for Field Day and need help with running the events. Lunch will be provided for those who volunteer all day.
- Friday (5/20) – ALL DAY
  - 8:20AM-10:45AM – Morning shift (K-2)
  - 12:00PM-2:30PM – Afternoon shift (3-5)
Yearbooks are here and are ready for distribution. Many slots are available for this effort.
- Tuesday (5/17) – 5:00PM-6:15PM (during the book fair family night)
- Thursday (5/19) – 7:30AM-8:30AM
- Monday (5/23) through Friday (5/27)
  - AM slots: 7:30AM-8:15AM
  - PM slots: 2:30AM-3:15AM
- Tuesday (5/31) through Thursday (6/2)
  - AM slots: 7:30 AM-8:15AM
  - PM slots: 2:30AM-3:15AM
