Here are the details on the Move-a-thon! I hope to see many of you there!
What to wear/bring: Please send your child to school ready for the event on Friday! They should wear comfortable clothes appropriate for the weather (spirit shirts are great!), tennis shoes and bring their filled water bottles.
Can you help me? If you are able to volunteer during the event, for set-up or tear-down, I could really use your help! Our 4th and 5 grades and tear-down especially need volunteers. View volunteer opportunities here!
Important Note for Attendees: If you plan to attend the Move-a-thon, please note the “Check-in” shown on the map (link below) is for teachers and students only. Visitors attending the Move-a-thon must check in through the front office (as usual) with a picture ID, then may proceed directly to the “Cheering Section” (large white tent) at the Move-a-thon. See you there!

Pledge Drive Update
Thank you to everyone who has registered and/or gathered pledges for the Move-a-thon so far!
We have raised nearly $7000 as of tonight! We’re getting there, but we still have a long way to go to reach our $20,000 goal by Oct 2nd. As of today only 133 of our 950 students have registered and not all have returned a pledge.
Check out last week’s post for 3 easy ways you can help us reach our goal!
Don’t forget: IF we reach our school-wide goal, all our kids will get to see Principal Cini and Coach Coad DUCT TAPED to the front of the school one morning! Talk about a lasting memory of their grade school years! And of course, it’s all for such a great cause – to support all our students’ learning all year long!
