Last call for Spring Festival – See you there RAIN or SHINE!

Spring Festival is TOMORROW and we are so excited for all the fun to begin!  The event will happen RAIN or SHINE – so don’t let a few gray clouds keep you from joining in! A few final reminders:

LAST CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS:  We have good coverage for setup, and the 2-3 & 3-4 shifts.  But we still have some holes in the later shifts. If your schedule allows you to work a booth from 4-5, or 5-6 instead of, or in addition your other shifts, please let us know.  You can use the online Sign-up up until 6:00 PM tonight to add/edit your shifts. At 6PM it will be closed to make ready for tomorrow. You can also let us know if your schedule is flexible when you check in tomorrow. ALL VOLUNTEERS (including teachers, board/committee members, faculty) PLEASE CHECK-IN at the Volunteer Check-In table at the main entrance 10 minutes prior to your first shift!  Please be understanding if we ask you to work a booth other than what you signed up for; we are trying to ensure a fun festival experience for everyone!
